Hi Shannon, I'm finally starting to figure this deviant art thing out. We've just moved to Austin last month, and I'm going to start taking a drawing class next week at Dougherty Art Center in South Austin (the coolest part of Austin). Jacob is going to take a jewelry making class on the same night so I have a ride. I've started doing some computer art with a program called ArtRage. I got one of those Bamboo tablets, and am learning to use it. I'll put up some of my work when I figure out how to. Say hi to everyone at the Black Drop for me, especially Jonathon. Hope to be able to see you guys next summer in my artists truck and camper while escaping the Texas heat. Love to all from Jan & Jacob in AUSTIN!!
HELLO HELLO!!! So good to hear from you! A drawing class, that's awesome! Jacob is getting his jewelry class too. Really good! Getting to meet other artist's is the best part! XD I have faintly heard of ArtRage; I wonder what it is like? I have never heard of a Bamboo tablet but it sounds really cool! A good tablet is quite the necessity! I do hope to get to see you both this Summer! A really snowy winter has kept me from getting to the BlackDrop every week, sadly, but I will definitely tell everyone of your greeting!
